Before installation
Both phones need Android and internet access. Discuss the purpose of the app and the information it uses with your child. Installation is visible. Read the permission explanations and privacy policy.
1. Start on the child’s phone
Install WatchMe360 from Google Play on the child’s phone, choose the child role and follow the permissions wizard. The app is visible to the child. Keep the pairing screen available for the next step.
2. Continue on the parent’s phone
Install the same app on the parent’s phone, choose the parent role and sign in with Google. Follow the in-app instructions to scan the code shown on the child’s phone and confirm that the devices are connected.
3. Complete the permission wizard
Read each explanation and enable the permissions needed for the features you choose. Android settings, battery management and background restrictions may affect operation. Complete any missing step identified by the wizard.
If an alert does not arrive
Check connectivity, permissions and activity status on both devices. Alerts concern content flagged as worrying, not every message, and delivery can be delayed. No alert is not proof that everything is safe. For support, provide the device model, Android version and time of the issue, not passwords or private conversations.
